I'm a firm believer in property ownership. I've worked in the real estate industry for over twenty-five years. I started my career working as a paralegal for attorneys - drafting title opinions, deeds, corporation formation documents. I then moved into general contracting and home building in the Iowa City markets. I've had the experience of flipping homes, and long-term rental property management. I gained knowledge of the mortgage industry for 8 years, working as escrow coordinator, and as a mortgage operations manager. First licensed to sell real estate in 2000, I acquired my brokers license within three years. Born and raised in the Iowa City area, I'm well-acquainted with markets from the North Liberty/Coralville/Iowa City area to the Quad Cities. Tiffin is my now-home.
